Who this is

Craft of Origin sells handwoven pieces made in Bobai, Guangxi, and is operated from Changsha, China. The legal operator, including its registered name and address, is named on your order confirmation and invoice. Questions about anything on this page: hello@craftoforigin.com.

What we collect

Only what you send us. In practice that is your name, your email address, and whatever you write in an enquiry or an order — sizes, quantities, delivery city, deadlines. If an order is placed, we also keep the records needed to produce, ship and invoice it.

What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent or trade your details to anyone.
• We do not run advertising trackers or sell your behaviour to ad networks.
• We do not store card numbers. Payment details are handled by the bank or payment provider named on your invoice; we see only the confirmation that it settled.

This site does not set cookies. It is a set of plain pages. If that changes, this page will say so before it happens.

Who processes data for us

Our email provider, the carrier that delivers your order, and the payment provider named on your invoice — each only to the extent needed to do that one job.

Your rights

Write to us and we will tell you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. We keep order records only as long as tax and consumer law require us to.
